Another harvesting jorney

Yesterday morning, before the rain started, I was able to harvest some trees working alone. I may have done 80Kgs in 4hr

Harvestig alone is quite ineficient as you spend lots of time setting the nets and colecting them but I enjoyed using the shaker and seing all those olives fall from the tree.

It is hard fisical work but you are in the middle of nature, forget about 'digital' world and spend a few hours in contact with the land, the trees, the fruit they provide and when you taste the oil it is a pleasure to know you helped grow first and then harvested every olive which was smashed in the press to get the final green liquid

I will have to work on the labels to try to sell some bottles from this year produce.

the wheather forecast shows rain untill monday so harvesting will have to wait for a few days.
