Lilo & Stitch 2025

Ok I watched this... and this is bad. I had LOW expectations hearing about all the changes, but this is so much worse.

They took this wholesome family movie, where two sisters fight through difficulties and tribulations, learn the value of ohana and become a true family (stitch and surfer dude included) overcoming chaos, child services and aliens alike.

And they turned into a story about a self centered, egoistical Nani, trying to prop her up as a "strong woman" who does not care about her sister whatsoever...

Nani ignores her sister for most of the movie, just wants to make her career.

Where the original had the discovery of stitches "abilities" combined with warding off the social worker, resulting in a stressful day, that ends with the main supporting character and Nani, teaching Lilo and stitch how to surf
And then Nani fighting at all costs to keep Lilo...

Into a Nani taches random people montage because she is so amazing, and giving up Lilo just like that "oh well IG that's best"

And that's only one of many scenes they completely ruined... It's not about family at all anymore.
