It’s over(Honestly no clue, I hope not, they’re one of the last OGs) Running non kyc exchanges will come to end.
Blackrock owns now bitcoin so better behave decently. its financial asset and not some magical internet money anymore. People just have to accept that fact that governments wants their share of your profits to run them selves. Evading taxes is and has been biggest crime on their view. Likely insiders took everything and ran. Not hacked by external. They may have started as an honest exchange. Then they saw other exchanges like xeggex scam users and get away with it. Then they're like why don't we do same and retire? Just my conspiracy theory. Hope I'm wrong. I seriously doubt they’d have to shut down the entire server, making it unreachable when they could just shut down a pool/port as far as I know. No one knows for 100%.
But the trend goes to exit scam / feds / or ddos.

TradeOgre so wouldn‘t be a surprise here. Ogre scammed users who had kapsa on it a couple of years ago. Yet, people kept using it. It's the "it did not affect me" mentality that kept scammers going and going.
