🌤️ Actifit Daily Activity Report | A Quiet Day

The morning was full of bright sunshine. It seemed like the whole day would be like that. But around noon, the sky suddenly turned black, accompanied by a gusty wind and after a while, it started to rain. This sudden change in the weather brought a different feeling, although strange.

The afternoon passed quite peacefully. The rain had stopped, there was a kind of calm atmosphere around. Surprisingly, no patients came today. So I spent my time sitting in the chamber in a relaxed mood like myself. There was no pressure, but I felt quite cheerful.

At the end of the day, I felt that sometimes in a busy life, such quiet time is also needed, which refreshes the mind. 🌿
