Amaranth fried with Laitta Dry Fish
0 comments

Friends, Happy Tuesday everyone.
Today is quite bright and sunny in the sky but there are no clouds like yesterday. This time is mostly like this, sunny in the morning and cloudy in the afternoon. Suddenly rain comes even though there are no clouds. There is a very uncertain environment at this time.
Today I will share with you a slightly different but tasty recipe, although my recipes are always tasty. Because the main attraction of the recipe is the taste, if it is not right, no one will have any interest in the recipe. What I will share today is dry fish, although many people do not like these dry fish very much.

Because many people find the smell of dry fish unbearable, but for me it is bearable. Also I eat dry fish regularly and like it very much. The dry fish recipe that I will make today is known as Laitta Dry Fish. It is a type of sea fish, which tastes good fresh as well as dry fish. But sea fish is mostly eaten dry in our region.
I have added Amaranth to this dried fruit, as I also love this vegetable and it grows well in my vegetable garden. I still have quite a lot in my vegetable garden. Hope you will like today's dry fish recipe.

Recipe Ingredients-
- Laitta dry fish
- Amaranth
- Onion
- Raw chilies
- Garlic
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- Coriander powder
- Ginger garlic paste
- salt
- Oil.
Recipe preparation phase-

First I cut the Laitta dry fish into small pieces and then boiled it with some water.

Then I put a pan on the stove and heated the oil, then chopped the garlic and onion and fried them lightly.

Then I mixed it with boiled laitta dry fish and then added all the spices and ginger garlic paste.

Then I mixed all the spices, lightly grinded them with little water and took some time.

Then I added the sliced amaranth, then mixed it with all the ingredients and covered it with a lid for some time.

I removed the lid and added raw chillies and cooked it for some more time and took it down for serving.

Our recipe is ready to serve, I really like to eat these ethnic recipes. Yes, they are not only eaten with rice but also great with flour bread or luchi. My family and I love this recipe.

All are my original photographs.
Thanks all.
