After the onion slices turn light brown, add water, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and salt to taste and grind it well.Then, when it is cooked, I will add the meat and simmer it for 30 minutes. After the meat is slightly cooked, I will add three to four pieces of potatoes. After 30 minutes, add the broth and simmer for another 15 minutes before removing it.
