Tasty Tuna On A Hot Summer Day

It's been well over a year since my wife and I have had a meal at a restaurant since we're pretty cautious about being around people these days. But we still get take-out from our favorite restaurants and one of our go-to favorite spots is a Japanese restaurant called "Ikkyu" in our neighborhood.
Our order is often the same, the Tuna bowl. This is a perfect cool lunch on a hot summer day. The restaurant serves it two ways: Regular, and Volcano Style. Both come with healthy miso soup, which I love. Today, my wife got regular, and I got volcano.

The Regular version has the same tuna they use for sushi, cucumber, rice, sesame seeds, green onion, and nori. It's simple, fresh, satisfying, and tasty.

The Volcano version is a little heavier with the addition of spicy may, unagi (eel) sauce, and tempura flakes. It still has that fresh taste, but it's a little more decadent.

It still blows my mind that people will go to a chain restaurant for lunch. The quality of food is so much better at independent restaurants like this. And I know I'm supporting a small business. That's important to me.
To top it off, this restaurant has had outstanding safety measures so I'm not worried about visiting. And the service is so fast. I can get in and out faster than I'd be even through the waiting line in a McDonalds during lunchtime.

This was so tasty and healthy (Especially the regular version. Volcano is more a treat), and I never get tired of it.
What is your favorite lunch on a hot summer day?
