We would be in china, I would advise unconditionnally ccp & mss to take the situation VERY seriously, arrest this guy with a scheduled execution, wait for his supporters to expose themselves, and crack down on those.

And when I say crack down, I mean social dictatorship style, aka the "occupation by the CCAS" on this case / area / what ever or where ever it leads... PLA standing bye.
