Why did the Merkelians had to rename storm Ciara to Sabine?

Britain and Ireland — where the storm is named Ciara — were hit by heavy rain Sunday morning as a strong winter storm began making its way across northern Europe.

In my opinion this is another of the most pathetic childish illustration of the total illusion of the Merkelians. Why?

Frankly? why? Can't behave? be normal? Why was it necessary? Frankly those responsibles should be fired.
