My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2024

Today was brutal. Went to Back Beach again but this time Little Wookie and I climbed up the massive sand dune.

Going up is such a grind. You’re basically going up 38m sinking into sand. You then have to lift your leg out of the sand to then take your next step.

Coming down is the best though.
