Today more than made up for my efforts yesterday which was more about my spiritual health more than my physical health.

Today saw me moving our office to our new area. So good having a proper office now rather than trying to hotswap desks.

Took the dog for our longest walk but it still only took about 40 minutes to walk 3 km so we did well. It helps that I didn’t have her on her lead so I walked at my pace not hers and she had to keep up with me.
