My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2024

Mostly on the tail end of this cold. I’m still coughing up a lung here and there but doing so less. In fact it’s mostly at night and early in the morning.

Finally got back into exercising after three days off due to a general malaise bought on by the cold.

Did a big loop of the forest and even snuck in a pie and a couple of Cokes. Protein for my body to heal itself.
