Ні, my dear friends!

The month started off strong. Yesterday, I was delighted to receive an SMS that my application for humanitarian food for our animals had been approved. I had almost forgotten about submitting the application last year, so it was a pleasant surprise. I know the processing of these applications can take a long time, but I'm not giving up. After all, with the war still on-going, food is often sent to those closest to the front lines first.

A year ago, I vividly remember the chaos of the stores being closed, and the worry of whether or not my animals and I would have enough to eat. This memory makes me all the more grateful for the dog food we received.

On the morning of the delivery, Mouse and I set out on the 130 km journey to pick up the 90 kg of food. This food will keep us fed for three whole weeks! With the money we saved, I plan to purchase products to help protect our animals from fleas and ticks, as well as anthelmintic drugs.

We arrived back home a few hours later, humbled and grateful for the kind people who made this possible. The food will be put to good use, and I'm happy that my animals and I can have peace of mind for the next few weeks.
