My Love Story Continued
But that very night, I got to meet her.
It was really very naturally that I went up to her to be in the same group.
I was seated on the far right corner of the room. When they asked to form a group of 3, I saw 2 Chinese girls that were seated at the far left. So I just moved in that direction without even thinking and we became a group. The first girl was Jasmine and the other was her.
We were asked what we would do for the rest of our lives if we didn’t have to work for money. She said she’d bake all day if she could. Jasmine said she would go the beach and relax all day. Then it was my turn and I said I’d write all day if I could.
During the talks, she was laughing a lot and paying attention to what the presenter was showing and talking about. I was doing the same thing laughing out loud and just having fun getting to know what was the difference between guys and gals. That having fun bit will be the laughing. We love to laugh and it was easy to see that she is a funny one.
The talks ended and there was free time. Scared that she would not want to go out for a drink with me, I said that I was very alone in my room and that I wanted some company with Jasmine and her.
They said that they needed to put things in their room and that I should wait for them.
So I waited downstairs.
Jasmine showed up without her and I was kind of disappointed because she was the one I wanted to know better.
Then Morgan my Sunday school classmate showed up and we formed a gang that she eventually DID show up to go with us.
On the way to the food court, she mentioned something about Halloween and I talked to a cat in which she was super scared that if I put my face too close to the cat, the cat might scratch my face.
That was the very first interaction that I had with her.
Throughout our deep conversations and getting to open up to all, I got to know her a bit more. She was a funny one and that night was no exception. Even though she was slow to open up, I know that she was someone special.
That first night, I went home thinking that if I screw up with the celebrity, that is if she is just going to teach us dancing, then I would already be happy. That I would have at least crossed paths with her that once in my life with a celebrity that could have been mine.
That night came for dance night and she didn’t show up.
My whole world collapsed. Not only was I not going to see the celebrity, I was also not going to get a dance lesson from her too. My thoughts were in total disarray.
All this while from the very beginning of my hallucinations, my voices and my sixth sense that something was going on and I knew that it was really going on to the point that this was the day that I can prove it was all real, it turned out the opposite.
Nothing was happening.
I was not betrothed. I was not matched with her. She was inspired by me nor was there any real messages that she was sending out in her appearance to the public.
All is false.
I believe in lies and that day, I had to face the truth.
My head hurt really bad and I went to my room telling everybody I was sick.
But before that dance party, I did hint to everybody that I was going to see someone by visiting Ipoh.
