Such an amazing dish! I don't know if photos are representitive, but this is one of the best pastas I have ever tried.
Liguini has a very interesting texture. We were told chef is using bread crumbs to add crispy sensation. It hives the dish "another dimension".
Butterclams have a very pleasant spicy kick to them.
