Review: Bottoms Bar & Grill at Sun Peaks Resort, Soup of the Day

This time the

borrowed it's inspiration from the French Onion Soup, but was served as a soup pure.

It's kind of creative and the presentation was nice, though personally I would stick to French traditions.
