🌍 在莫桑比克，很多女性员工在完成本职工作的同时，也默默承担着照顾家庭、照看孩子的责任，但她们并不止步于此。她们在每个不被关注的清晨与夜晚，自我雕琢。

Today’s spotlight isn’t on sunsets or street snacks, but on one amazing local colleague.

The woman in the photo? Miss Beatriz.By day, she’s a diligent staff member. By night? She’s enrolled in an HR diploma program, chasing her dream of growing in her career. No flashy slogans, no big talk—just showing up for herself, every day.

We once chatted after work and she said: “I hope one day, I can give presentations and lead a team like you all.”
To me, she already has that kind of leadership glow—quiet, steady, and fierce.✨
