D47: A Wildflower and a Bunch of Wage Charts 🌸📊
Spotted this little flower during my lunch walk—quiet, cute, and minding its own business. Just like me lately... working hard behind the scenes on our HR tender.

This week? All about salary surveys and talent trends across Mozambique. Can’t share the top-secret numbers 🕵‍♂, but I can say:

Some cities have more drivers than cars.

Mining towns pay well but love loyal staff.

Office roles? Competitive and chaotic. (You blink, they’ve quit.)

Feels a bit like reading an old “county history book”—except now it’s spreadsheets + footnotes instead of ancient poems.
And I kinda love it.

🌍 Step by step, one flower, one file at a time.
Cheers!
