3- Blend the Ingredients:
- Add the condensed milk and fresh cream to the mango pulp in the blender.
- Blend until you achieve a smooth, thick, and uniform mixture.
4- Fill the Mango Skins:
- Pour the blended mango mixture back into the empty mango skins.
5- Cover and Freeze:
- Cover each filled mango skin tightly with cling film or plastic wrap.
- Place them in the freezer for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or ideally overnight, until the mixture solidifies into ice cream.
6- Serve:
- Once frozen, use an ice cream scoop to serve the mango ice cream directly from the mango shells.
