I’m here sharing my entry for Hive Musical Festival Week 131, Round 2. This week, I decided to do a cover of Tracy Chapman’s song "For You." It’s always been one of my favorites, and I hope you enjoy my version of it!

For those who might not know, Tracy Chapman is an amazing artist who’s been around for decades. Her music is so real and full of emotion, and it speaks straight to the heart. "For You" is a simple yet beautiful love song, and her voice brings so much depth to it. She’s been a big inspiration to me ever since I was a teenager, shaping the way I see music and storytelling.

In this cover, I’ve done my best to make it my own while staying true to the spirit of the original. I love how this song feels so personal, yet it’s something anyone can relate to. It’s one of those songs that makes you stop and think, and I really wanted to share that feeling with you all.

Another thing about my entry is that I have been sick the last days, still recovering, my bones and my head hurt a little and my voice is obviously not the same, but I wanted to participate anyway 😁. Sorry in advance for my not full fit performace 🙏.
