The public school as we know is one of the most efficient and effective schools, both in this country and other countries in the world. It is a place for not a particular part of people, it's for the general.

So therefore, before I proceed, I would like to give honour to whome honour is due to by saying...
Good day Mr chairman, panels if curators, my accurate time detector, and my fellow writers, as you all know, my name is zara09, and the topic before me today is related to the competition between the public and the private schools, and I here to support and also oppose the motion...

Well, do not mind that formal greetings, it was a common one we used when we were in secondary school, most especially for topics like this, it was one is the most common topics for s debate in almost all schools in Nigeria.

Ohh, I forgot to explain the meaning of private, public and school, I mean these were where our major points were gotten from, ohh, and also, do not mind my dressing now, I am properly dressed, well enough to take enough points for this debate...

So let's go to the real deal, if we were to compare both the public and the private schools, which of them do we think will have the upper hands?

To be honest, the both of them has their advantages and their disadvantages, so let's talk about both, starting from the private schools. And also, ker me note this, that there is no school that there is no dullard or any school that there is no brainy, the kind of school you go then either helps you grow better or kills you more...

The private schools has a very nice way of bringing up their students, i.e most of their children are under the care of their class teachers, the teachers in the private schools are supposed to take proper care of their students, at all times, that under no circumstances will a private school teacher not have time for their students, in other words, every class teacher is responsible for each student in the teacher's class; unless the child wants to just spoil his or her live.

In private school, the students there are not so crowded like that that of private schools, and so the teachers has more opportunities to network with each child, knowing their weaknesses and strengths in both their educational and general life.

A stronger relationships between teachers and students are more effective in a private school, and we all know that...

And some of the disadvantages of private schools are
. They spoil their children, giving them enough comfort, and the children thinks that's how general life is, but just after then, they see the reality in life...

. Some of them spoil their students by letting them cheat during their examinations, most especially during external examinations...

. The last disadvantages I'd be talking about is that some people has spoilt the name of private school and has turned it to a regular business, restricting the students from so many extra curricular activities like inter house sports, clubs activities and so many things including excursion and so on like that...

I didn't attend a private school, but I leaned that it is a very nice and competitive place to be, the serious ones and the unserious ones are there, a place where you strive hard to get whatever you want, and so many things like that, I also heard that the teachers don't really have time for their students, unlike the private schools...

If you fail here, by all means, you'd hav to repeat the class, unlike some private schools.

A place where you write all exams yourself, no cheating, and if you are caught cheating, the punishment might not be palatable...

In the public school, they are more experienced, they have more experiences than those of the private schools, they have various sporting activities, including inter house sports and so on like that...

A lot if Children turns or lives a thug life, the ones that were unserious with their life, this is mainly common in the private schools, which does not speak well of them, some of their students looks so unpleasantly presentable...

in conclusion,I am not saying any is better, all I'm saying is that they both have their strength and weaknesses...
