I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was kind of the first day after doing daily reps where I really felt some pain in my muscles. I guess it's due to the pull ups that I added. I didn't really want to push anything so I made Monday in somewhat of a resting day. I still went on a walk and did 100 Bench Presses lowering the weight a lot just so I'm able to keep up the 100x daily reps.

Aside from this, it wasn't really the most productive day really.

New Day Goals: I moved my family day to Friday as there are some early football matches in the coming days that I want to watch. The idea is to make Tuesday into a fasting day (2 Nights & 1 Day), eat something on Wednesday morning followed by another fasting day on Thursday so I potentially can drop my weight back closer to 70k and below.
