Me, Myself & McChicken: Eating Alone at McDonald's and Feeling Just Fine About It

If there's one food that will always be my favorite, it's fried chicken. I have loved it since I was a kid, and most of us did. It's the food I could eat all day. And up until now, it's still my favorite, especially when eating at fast food restaurants like Jollibee and McDonald's.

Recently, I got a chance to eat lunch just around the office. I did not hesitate to go there, as I was craving some fried chicken that day. When I got inside the restaurant, I noticed customers lined up waiting for their orders, so I also went to the kiosk and got my orders punched into their system. Then, I just paid the amount at the cashier.

After paying for my order, I just sat down at the table I chose and started looking around. Some customers are already done eating, and some are just waiting for their take-out orders. It was a nice and neat place to eat, and the crews are also organized.

Then, I went on watching reels on Instagram while waiting for my order number to flash on the screen. After around 10 minutes, one of the crews had already looked for my order number, so I went there to pick up the tray. I could smell the aroma of the chicken just by holding it.

I sat down and organized the food I ordered. As usual, I got the McChicken meal with drinks. This is my favorite meal here at McDonald's. Also, I added an order of their McChicken sandwich for my coffee break in the afternoon. Everything was served to me, so it was time to enjoy my crispy fried chicken. It was juicy and delicious, like how I expected it to be.
