Cooking time again for my family. In this blog, I am going to show how to cook one of the simplest dishes here in our country. This dish is also very easy to cook and prepare and is very quick to cook. This dish only has one main ingredient, the squash/pumpkin, and then some spices to make it very aromatic.
Ingredients
- Squash/Pumpkin (250 grams)
- Small red onion (1 pc)
- Garlic (1 small clove)
- Salt
- Cooking Oil
Preparing the ingredients
Peel the skin and slice the pumpkin/squash into irregular cubes


Peel and slice the onion


Peel and slice the garlic


How to cook
1. Sautee the onion and garlic in cooking oil

2. Add the pumpkin/squash

3. Add water and salt, let it boil

4. When the pumpkin/squash is already tender turn off the heat.

5. Put in a bowl and serve
