Hello everyone welcome to my blog ,I'm about to take you'll on a journey of how I prepared this delicious mouth watering couscous.Couscous is a type of food made from crushed steamed wheat and its traditionally eaten in north Africa
it can be an alternative to white rice ,it's rich in fiber ,vitamin B ,iron magnesium and protein .
The first time I tasted couscous was in 2013 ,a family friend traveled to his home town in the north and brought a pack of it and other gift from he's journey , where I live it's a custom to buy gifts for loved ones when returning from a journey .So I tried preparing the couscous but it didn't come out well that was my first attempt ,I thought it was made just like rice or pasta ,so what I did was put a pot on fire poured water into it when the water was boiling I poured my couscous in it and allow it to boil ,during the boiling process I prepared my veggies and and then poured everything together ,it turned into something else 😞 it sticked together and seemed like semovita ,I lost appetite and the whole pack was a waste.

But this time around after some years I decided to try again 😜 with a better understanding I'll share the process with you Incase you've tried to make it before and didn't get it right .
