Ingredients
For Caffe Corretto:
☕ 1 Espresso Coffee short pour brewed with Bialetti Moka Pot
🍇 0.5 oz 15ml Poli Grappa
🌿 0.5 oz 15ml Varnelli Anice Secco Speciale alternative
🍬 Sugar optional to taste
For Caffe Con Ammazzacaffe:
☕ 1 Espresso Coffee short pour brewed with Bialetti Moka Pot
🍬 Sugar to liking
🥃 1 oz 30ml Your Favorite Spirit or Liqueur served separately
Instructions
1- Prepare Caffe Corretto:
Brew a short pour of espresso into an espresso cup using the Bialetti Moka Pot.
Add 0.5 oz (15ml) of your selected spirit (Grappa for a more traditional taste or Anisette for a sweeter profile) directly into the coffee.
Optional: Add sugar to taste if using Grappa. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Enjoy immediately while hot.
2- Prepare Caffe Con Ammazzacaffe:
Brew a short pour of espresso into an espresso cup using the Bialetti Moka Pot.
Sweeten the coffee to your liking and stir.
Serve 1 oz (30ml) of your chosen spirit in a separate shot glass.
Sip and savor the espresso.
Once finished, pour the spirit into the nearly empty espresso cup to mix with the remaining coffee and sugar residue.
Stir and enjoy the combination, then finish any remaining spirit from the shot glass.
