Hello everyone! Although herbal medicine is well known here, I would like to share my humble contribution. In this post, I will present you with a few recipes that I personally use, along with my experiences. I hope you will find them useful and enjoy their benefits.
Here are some of my drinks and their benefits:
Rosehip tea with honey and lemon.

I don't add any sugar except honey. It helps me best with sore throats and colds in general. I don't have a recipe, I add freshly squeezed lemon and honey to a cup of resehip tea.

Hot lemonade with ginger and mint
Personal photo
in the winter it warms me up. per liter of water I put 2 lemons, (you can put more) 3 mint leaves and ginger to taste. it warms me up very well and generally boosts my energy.
in the summer I make a cold drink using the same recipe that I find very refreshing, I just add a few ice cubes.
• Improves digestion: Ginger soothes digestive issues, while mint relaxes digestive tract muscles.

Nettle tea

2 teaspoon of dried nettle or one tea bag on 250 ml hot water. I prefer to drink it neat, without anything else.
I personally used it when I had liver and kidney problems, a cup of tea once or twice a day, and my condition improved within a month.
• Improves joint health: Has anti-inflammatory properties that help with arthritis.
• Supports kidney health: Acts as a diuretic and helps maintain kidney health.
• Boosts immunity: Rich in vitamins and minerals that support the immune system.
Elderflower tea
Pour 3 to 5 grams of dried flowers with 250 milliliters of boiled water. Let the mixture sit for at least 10-15 minutes, then strain. This tea is an excellent choice for treating viruses and flu. You can sweeten it if you wish, preferably with honey. Elderberry tea can also be used cold as a gargle for tonsillitis or purulent tonsillitis.
• Boosts immunity: Known for its antiviral properties, helps fight colds and flu.
• Reduces inflammation: Has anti-inflammatory properties.
• Supports respiratory health: Helps alleviate symptoms of respiratory infections.
St. John's Wort tea and tincture (Hypericum perforatum)
Since St. John's wort tea is contraindicated with other medications, I would not write about it here. The tincture is very healthy and useful, but I have never made it, so I cannot give you enough good advice on how to do it. I have used it when treating burns, insect bites and swelling. and it has always helped me.
• Alleviates depression: Known for its antidepressant properties, helps with mild to moderate depression.
• Reduces anxiety: Can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety.
• Supports wound healing: Has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help with wound healing.*

I like to drink it in the morning, one chamomile bag or 2 teaspoons poured over 250 ml of hot water. It's great for calming me down and when I have stomach problems.
• Promotes sleep: Known for its calming effects, helps improve sleep quality.
I hope these recipes will help someone. feel free to write any more recipes in the comments.
