A steamed cake made with pandan leaf juice brings together the magic of natural ingredients and the gentle aroma of this beloved leaf. I added all the ingredients typically needed for a cake, but infused it with pandan juice to elevate its charm.

Required Ingredients...

🍀 1 1/2 Cup of Wheat flour.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of baking powder.
🍀 1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder.
🍀 1Egg.
🍀 A pinch of salt.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of Margarine.
🍀 1/2 Cup of finely powdered sugar
🍀 some pandan leaves .
🍀 3/1 Cup of fresh milk.

Method of making....

First, crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the sugar and beat well. Then, add the margarine and beat again until well combined.

Next, place the pandan leaves in a blender, add about 3 tablespoons of water, and extract the juice.

Next, to the egg mixture, add a little fresh milk, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Sift the wheat flour, baking soda, and baking powder before adding, and mix everything well.

Next, add the pandan juice and mix well.
