I'll start with the Mexican musical group Pandora. It seems to be music for people of a certain age, and in fact it is 🤣 but for some reason they have always been in my life, possibly because of the musical quality and their trained singing voices. They have a Christmas album that came out in 2016 and is captivating more and more people who are thirsty for Christmas music in Spanish. Most of the songs are faithful to the original lyrics we knew as children, and although it has Spanish Christmas classics such as Campana Sobre Campana and the anthem that gets us rocking every December, Los Peces en el Río, it also includes popular Christmas carols such as Joy To The World and Silent Night, but entirely in Spanish... Another reason for its success is that all the songs on the album have a music video, and in fact, from beginning to end, it is a continuous story from the moment they arrive home to set the Christmas mood to the rhythm of the music and end up celebrating with friends when everything is decorated, including a Christmas tree and a manger with the Baby Jesus. Comenzaré con la agrupación musical mexicana Pandora. Parece ser música para personas de cierta edad, y de hecho lo es 🤣 pero por algún motivo siempre han estado en mi vida, posiblemente por la calidad musical y sus voces educadas para el canto. Ellas tienen un disco navideño que salió en 2016 y cada vez cautiva a más personas sedientas de música navideña en español. La mayoría de las canciones son fieles a las letras originales que conocimos de niños y aunque tiene clásicos navideños en español como Campana Sobre Campana y el himno que nos hace rockear cada Diciembre "Los Peces en el Río", también incluyen villancicos populares a nivel mundial como Joy To The World o Silent Night, pero totalmente en español... Otro motivo de su éxito es que todas las canciones del álbum tienen un video musical y de hecho de principio a fin es una historia con continuidad desde que llegan a casa para poner la navidad al ritmo de la música y terminan celebrando con amigos cuando ya todo está decorado, tanto un árbol de navidad como un pecebre con el Niño Jesús. Wow, how time flies 😵‍💫 I just hope that more Christmas songs in Spanish performed by him will be released to celebrate this anniversary. I confess that I had a hard time accepting this album at first, because even though it's in Spanish, it has all the power and swing of American music. Jazz and blues stand out in almost all the songs, and the only music video that came out at the time was of him being a Casanova, as always, nothing Christmassy, ha ha ha, but over the years I've come to understand that it's a great Christmas album in Spanish, especially for celebrating the holidays. Songs like Sonríe and Mi Humilde Oración are the special moments of this recording, so don't miss out on enjoying them.

Navidades de Luis Miguel está por cumplir 20 años desde su lanzamiento en 2006, wow, como pasa el tiempo 😵‍💫 Yo solo espero que vengan más canciones navideñas en español interpretadas por él para celebrar ese aniversario. Confieso que me costó aceptar este álbum al inicio, porque aunque sea en español tiene toda la fuerza el el swing de música norteamericana. El jazz y el blues resaltan en casi todas las canciones y el único video musical que salió en su momento fue de él siendo un casanova, como siempre, nada navideño jajaja, pero con los años he entendido que es un gran álbum de navidad en español, especialmente para celebrar en esos días de fiesta. Canciones como Sonríe y Mi Humilde Oración son esos momentos especiales de esta grabación, no vayan a dejar de disfrutarlas.

Today, Myriam Hernández seems to be a little-known artist, but this woman has years of work and success behind her, with a beautiful voice that is perfect for Spanish pop ballads. She has great classics such as Huele a Peligro and El Hombre Que Yo Amo, and I was pleased to find that she also has contributed to this collection of Spanish Christmas albums, precisely in homage to Latin music of this genre. You can find everything here, ballads and more upbeat music, but sung with great gentleness. The repertoire chosen is perfect and all the songs have a lyric video on YouTube, including a special edition that came out a year later with more music. It's strange that it's not more widely publicized. Hopefully, people will start to discover it and listen to it. Remember that Mariah Carey's resounding success with Christmas came years after she released that album.

Hoy en día Myriam Hernández parece ser una artista poco conocida, pero esta mujer lleva consigo años de trabajo y éxito, con una voz hermosa y perfecta para la balada pop en español. Tiene grandes clásicos como Huele a Peligro o El Hombre Que Yo Amo, y fue grato para mí en esta búsqueda de álbumes navideños en español que ella también tiene su aporte, y precisamente en homenaje a la música latina de este género. Podrás encontrar de todo aquí, balas y música más movida, pero cantada con mucha gentileza. El repertorio elegido es perfecto y todas las canciones tienen un video lyric en Youtube, incluso una edición especial que salió un año después con más música. Es extraño que no tenga más publicidad, ojalá la gente comience a conocerlo y escucharlo, ya saben que el éxito rotundo de Mariah Carey con la navidad llegó años después de lanzar ese álbum.
