Carrots and Pineapple Burst - 50 bottles of fresh juice

Hi friends, greetings. Nothing is as refreshing as a natural juice from fresh fruits. They are full of vitamins and a good way to stay hydrated. A friend from the UK visited Nigeria and tasted a juice I made. He loved it so much because it was totally #plantbased without any artificial coloring or sweetener. He requested I make as many as possible for him because it would be his only drink throughout his stay in Nigeria.
I got to work immediately I received his payment alert. I got 3 dozens of pineapple and a small bag of carrots, cucumbers, and other spices to flavor the drink. I delivered the same quality drinks to him and he enjoyed it.
INGREDIENTS
▪︎ 3 dozen pineapple
▪︎ 1/8 bag of carrots
▪︎ 30 cucumbers
▪︎ Ginger 1kg
▪︎ Cinnamon 3 tablespoon
▪︎ Cloves 8 tablespoons
▪︎ Water 1 Cway gallon
PREPARATION
First is to thoroughly wash the pineapple, peel the skin, and put in a large pot to cook. Blend the ginger, cloves, and cinnamon and add into the pot with 3/4 of the Cway water.
While it is cooking, prepare the cucumbers, blend, and set aside.
Now wash the carrots, scrape, and cut into small sizes so the blender is not overworked.
Now start blending the pineapples and then carrots afterward with the flavored water from the pineapple skin, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. This would be the only liquid used throughout.
Strain the drink with a net seive and go through the process until everything is blended. Now, mix all together and seive the second time.
Start bottling the drinks and freeze immediately so it doesn't ferment.
This drink is very fresh, tasty, and nutritious. I'm sure you will enjoy it if you give it a try.
