Some time ago I told you in some post that my parents are from an incredible little town called Merito, located in the peninsula of Araya in the state of Sucre, Venezuela, where the sun, sea and sand, in this beautiful place what abounds most is this rich fruit called mango, it is very consumed by the people who live there, there are many plants loaded and my dad when he comes to the city to visit us brings them already peeled and chopped to make juices, brings us sweets and delicacies prepared. Nothing like enjoying the harvest of our elders and more of this wonderful fruit, which gives us a lot of vitamins to our body, it helps our immune system, it is excellent for improving digestion, it is a powerful antioxidant. Why I say this, well my beautiful people we know a lot about the benefits of each fruit since my dad and I go through a lot of natural medicine.
Now I will tell you about the other ingredient to use in this incredible smoothie, which is a very rich fruit and known by many, in my country it is known as foreign plum, this one that I just mentioned provides incredible benefits to our body such as: lots of vitamins, has phosphorus, iron, sodium, magnesium, calcium and many more. It is powerfully incredible to attack anemia, it has a large amount of water for that reason it helps circulatory problems and is widely used for constipation, it is ingested as a natural laxative. Now that we know the benefits of these incredible fruits and what it brings to our body, let's get down to work with the preparation of an incredible smoothie, which will help us fight anemia.

Ingredients
One cup of previously parboiled mangoes
4 foreign plums
Half a glass of water
Sugar to taste
- Already previously washed the foreign plum, process to cut them in pieces.
- I add the mango to the blender, together with the half cup of water and proceed to blend.
*After a few minutes of blending the mango I proceed to add the foreign plum, blend for a few more minutes and add the sugar to taste.
- Once all the ingredients are well blended, I proceed to strain the smoothie and serve it in the glass.

Hace tiempo les comenté en algunos post que mis padres son de un increible pueblito llamado Merito, ubicado en la península de Araya del estado Sucre, Venezuela, dónde se apodera el sol, mar y la arena, en este hermoso lugar lo que más abunda es ésta rica fruta llamada mango, es muy consumida por las personas que allí habitan, son muchas las plantas cargadas y mi papá cuando viene a la ciudad a visitarnos las trae ya peladas y picadas para hacer jugos, nos trae dulces y manjares preparados. Nada como disfrutar de la cosecha de nuestros viejos y más de esta maravillosa fruta, la cual nos aporta gran cantidad de vitaminas a nuestro cuerpo, nos sirve para nuestro sistema inmunológico, es excelente para mejorar la digestión, es un poderoso antioxidante. ¿Porque les digo esto?, Pues mi gente hermosa conocemos mucho de los beneficios de cada fruta ya que mi papá y mi persona recorremos mucho la medicina natural.
Ahora le hablaré sobre el otro ingrediente a utilizar en este increíble batido, el cuál es una fruta muy rica y conocida por muchos, en mi país es conocida como ciruela extranjera, está que le acabo de mencionar nos proporciona increíbles beneficios a nuestro organismo tales como: gran cantidad de vitaminas, posee fósforo, hierro, sodio, magnesio, calcio y muchos más. Es poderosamente increíble para atacar la anemia, está posee gran cantidad de agua por tal motivo ayuda a los problemas circulatorios y es muy utilizada para el estreñimiento, es ingerida como un laxante natural. Ahora que ya conocemos los beneficios de estás increíbles frutas y lo que aporta a nuestro organismo, pongámonos manos a la obra con la elaboración de un increíble batido, el cuál nos ayudará a combatir la anemia.

Ingredientes
Una taza de mangos ya previamente sancochados
4 ciruelas extranjeras
Media copa de agua
Azúcar al gusto
- Ya previamente lavado la ciruela extranjera, proceso a cortarlas en trozos
- Incorporo el mango a la licuadora, junto a la media copa de agua y procedo a licuar.
*Luego de unos minutos de licuar el mango procedo a incorporar la ciruela extranjera, licuo unos minutos más y agrego el azúcar al gusto.
- Ya bien licuado todos los ingredientes procedo a colar el batido y sirvo en la copa.
