Refreshing cucumber 🥒 mint 🌿and orange🍊 drink.[🇺🇸/🇪🇦]

This week it was my turn to go to the supermarket, I confess that my husband doesn't like me to go with him, since I go down one of the aisles that he doesn't like 😂😂😂😂😂 since I want to buy all the glasses, cups and mugs I see there 😂😂😂😂😂. The time had come that I had to do the shopping for what was missing at home and as it is always customary to buy vegetables🥒🍆🍅🥕🍠 frutas🍊🍇🍍🍌🍒y any kind of aromatic herbs🌿. To be honest with you, this is never missing in my fridge. Whenever it's my turn to go the first thing I think is; what drink I will prepare for my family, to maintain good health and that will bring benefits, we don't just buy fruits🍌🍍🍊 for buying, we always think about the productive.

I set out to go with my eldest daughter to buy what was missing in our fridge, I immediately took what I had on the list, then I went to the vegetables🍆🍅🥒, fruits 🍌🍍🍍🍊 and herbs🌿 when I had everything I needed, I made my payment and we retired home. When we arrived it was already lunch time, in my home we are used to accompany meals with natural juices and as I told you, I like to combine according to their properties. I immediately arranged my things, took out my lunch and when it was time for the drink, I started to see what I brought and I said to myself ready, I know what I will do today to accompany lunch. Well my friends had cucumber🥒 orange 🍊 and mint (mint) I said to myself perfect, a delicious green drink, and more that we are going through a heat wave 🥵 immensely terrible and this drink is super refreshing and lends itself to the occasion.
Now let's get to know each of these ingredients used.👇
Cucumber🥒: As many of us know this vegetable is composed of a large amount of water, for this reason it helps skin care and good hair nutrition, provides a large amount of vitamin A, improves the immune system, raising the defenses, it is a natural anti-inflammatory.
Peppermint 🌿: This plant treats digestive problems, helps to improve irritable bowel syndrome, helps with vomiting, nausea, intestinal gas, and helps with dizziness and menstrual cramps, it also works as a natural sedative, relieving anxiety and stress and helping to fall asleep more easily.
Orange 🍊: This fruit is a potent antioxidant, has lots of vitamins, especially vitamin c, helps with the immune system, is excellent to ingest when there are respiratory infections, has lots of fiber, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium. This fruit helps to treat cholesterol problems. It relieves intestinal disorders due to its high fiber content, helps strengthen the nervous system and is excellent for treating fluid retention.

Sugar to taste
- Already previously washed, we start by peeling most of the cucumber🥒 shells and cutting into cubes.
- Continuously cut the orange🍊 in half and extract its juice and remove the mint🌿.
- Now ready the cucumber 🥒 and orange 🍊 I proceed to add the cucumber 🥒 in cubes to the blender, together with the orange juice 🍊 and start blending for a few minutes until the cucumber🥒 is totally liquid.
- When the cucumber has a good consistency I add the mint leaves 🌿 and blend for about three more minutes, then add the sugar until it is diluted.
- Once the drink is ready, I strain the lumps from the shells and proceed to serve the green drink ready and refreshing 🤗.

Esta semana me tocó a mi salir al supermercado, les confieso que a mi esposo no le gusta mucho que lo acompañe, ya que agarro por uno de los pasillos que a él no le gusta 😂😂😂ya que me quiero comprar todos los vasos, copas y tazas que allí veo 😂😂😂. Había llegado el momento que debía realizar las compras de lo que faltaba en casa y como siempre es costumbre comprar vegetales🥒🍆🍅🥕🍠 frutas🍊🍇🍍🍌🍒y cualquier tipo de hierbas aromáticas🌿. Para serles honesto, esto jamás falta en mi nevera. Siempre que me toca ir lo primero que pienso es; que bebida le prepararé a mi familia, para mantener una buena salud y que le aporte beneficios, no solo compramos frutas🍌🍍🍊 por comprar, siempre pensamos en lo productivo.

Me dispuse a ir con mi hija mayor para comprar lo faltante en nuestra nevera , inmediatamente tome lo que tenía en la lista, luego me fui a la parte de los vegetales🍆🍅🥒, frutas 🍌🍍🍊 y las hiervas🌿 al tener todo lo que necesitaba, hice mi pago y nos retiramos a casa. Al llegar ya era hora del almuerzo, en mi hogar estamos acostumbrados a acompañar las comidas con jugos naturales y como ya les dije, me gusta combinar de acuerdo a sus propiedades. Inmediatamente arregle mis cosas, saque para el almuerzo y cuando llegó el momento de la bebida, me puse a ver lo que traje y me dije listo, ya se lo que haré hoy para acompañar el almuerzo. Bueno mis amigos tenía pepino🥒 naranja 🍊 y hierbabuena (menta) me dije perfecto, una deliciosa bebida verde, y más que estamos atravesando una ola de calor 🥵 inmensamente terrible y esta bebida es súper refrescante y se presta para la ocasión.
Ahora vámonos a conocer cada uno de estos ingredientes utilizados.👇
Pepino🥒: Como muchos sabemos este vegetal está compuesto por gran cantidad de agua, por tal motivo ayuda al cuidado de la piel y la buena nutrición del cabello, aporta gran cantidad de vitamina A, mejora el sistema inmunológico, elevando las defensas, es un antiflamatorio natural.
Hiervabuena(menta)🌿: Está planta trata los problemas digestivos, ayuda al mejoramiento del colon irritable, ayuda con los vómitos, náuseas, gases intestinales, además de ayudar con los mareos y cólicos menstruales, este también funciona como sedante natural, aliviando la ansiedad y el estrés y ayudando a conciliar el sueño con mejor facilidad.
Naranja🍊: Esta fruta es un potente antioxidante, posee gran cantidad de vitaminas, especialmente la vitamina c, ayuda con el sistema inmunológico, es excelente ingerir cuando hay infecciones respiratorias, posee gran cantidad de fibra, potasio, magnesio, fósforo y calcio. Esta fruta ayuda a tratar los problemas de colesterol. Alivia los trastornos intestinales por su gran contenido en fibra, ayuda a fortalecer el sistema nervioso y es excelente a tratar la retenciones de líquidos.

Azúcar al gusto
- Ya previamente lavado, iniciamos pelando gran parte de las conchas del pepino🥒 y cortando en cubos.
- Continuamente cortamos la naranja🍊 por la mitad y extraemos su jugo y deshojamos la hiervabuena🌿.
- Ya listo el pepino 🥒 y la naranja 🍊 procedo a agregar el pepino 🥒 en cubos a la licuadora, junto al jugo de naranja 🍊 y empiezo a licuar por unos minutos hasta que el pepino🥒 este totalmente líquido.
- Cuando el pepino tiene buena consistencia agrego las hojas de Hiervabuena (menta)🌿 y licuo unos tres minutos más, para luego agregar el azúcar hasta que se diluya.
- Ya listo la bebida me dispongo a colar los grumos de las conchas y procedo a servir la bebida verde lista y refrescante.🤗
