Why Aren't Labour Hammering the Harms of Brexit More...?

The London Mayor, Sadiq Kahn, has been becoming more vocal about the harms that Brexit has done to the British Economy.
It is by now that Britain's decision to leave the European Union has done enormous damage. One recent estimate put the damage at 4% GDP per year going forwards compared to Britain having stayed in the E.U.
Should the Labour Party be more vocal about calling out the harms Brexit has done to Britain's economy and society?
Why is the Wider Party not Hammering the Harms of Brexit...?
One theory is that Labour are obsessed with upsetting the so-called 'red wall' - so many labour constituencies voted to leave the European Union and the party is worried about upsetting this chunk of their vote.
Labour maybe perceives bringing up Brexit as something of a 'wedge issue' - by hammering it they would be perceived as siding with wealthy Londoners who voted to remain and against the mainly northern constituencies who voted to leave.
In other words, it is fine for the Mayor of London to bang on about the harms of Brexit, he is speaking to the London converted, but it's another matter for this to be a matter of national Labour Party policy.
However, this theory rests on the premise that there are millions of Labour voters sitting around thinking 'don't you dare call us out on voting to leave', intending to switch parties if they are so 'insulted'.
And the idea that three years on from Brexit, and with data mounting up that it was a bad idea, that ordinary people can't somehow recognise that maybe their past decisions weren't the best, is a little silly.
The way Labour should play this of course is to focus on how the BREXIT electorate were lied to by the Brexiteers, who promised the transition away from the EU would be smooth and that the benefits would outweigh the costs.
Instead it's now clear that the main impacts are that it's more difficult for businesses to trade with the EU because of the increase bureaucracy surrounding doing so.
As a result of Brexit we have have worse trade terms with Europe and we are poorer as a result.
It's defo time Labour started turning the screw on not only the Brexiteers in the Tory party, but also on the hapless matter in which the transition has been managed, I mean: Operation Brock, come on, what a shit show, and that's just the tip of the iceberg!
