How to relax yourself?

Hello.
In this crazy world of fast living, it is really tough to find the righr way of relaxing, I guess. I have a big problem of relaxing myself but I try to use various techiques like transcendental meditation, and massages (in past mostly).
I heard that shiatsu is good way of relaxing a body and mind. Toxicity is a tough thing these days and it should not be considered as something normal.
What do you think about that?
