My funny chickens

It's very interesting to watch the life of a chicken family. I have two of them. The family I'm going to talk about today is a rooster (Chinese down) and three chickens (bentam). This was not done on purpose so that there would be chickens of different breeds in one family. It happened by accident.

Nevertheless, the difference in breed did not become an obstacle to the formation of a friendly chicken family. The rooster, despite its tiny size, takes care of even tinyr chickens and protects them. In the photo below you can see how they hide behind him when I enter the chicken coop. Probably at the same time he feels like a big and strong, a real eagle.

Next year I'm going to do a real designer repair in the chicken coop. I thought about doing it this year, but it didn't work out. Of course, I will do everything myself. Now that I've trained enough in my own rooms, I can start such a responsible object as a chicken coop 😉
