Hello everyone in this lovely community. I wish you a happy start to the week, full of positive things and many blessings. Today I am here to share with you a beautiful walk and long tour of the very popular and busy "El paseo de los gatos" (The Cat Walk). This walkway came about with the creation of the bronze cat in 1996 by artist Hernando Tejada here in Cali, which over time became an icon of the city where other artists also joined in this creation, thus making the other cats known.

Hola a todos por esta linda comunidad les deseo un feliz comienzo de semana lleno de cosas positivas y muchísimas bendiciones hoy paso por acá para compartir con ustedes un lindo paseo y largo recorrido en el muy popular y concurrido “El paseo de los gatos” este paseo surge con la creación del gato de bronce n 1996 por el artista Hernando Tejada aquí en Cali el cual con el paso del tiempo se volvió un icono de la ciudad donde también otros artista se unieron a esta creación dando así a conocer los demás gatos.

That's why I say it's a long walk, because to see each of the sculptures you have to walk quite a bit, as there are more than 15 sculptures on display along the walkway, each with its own story and a different identification, each one more beautiful than the last, which is fascinating. This place is located northwest along the Cali River, and as I mentioned earlier, the walk begins with the river cat sculpture by Hernando Tejada. It is a place that is freely open to the public where you can spend time enjoying such beautiful creations with your family.

Por eso digo largo paseo porque para conocer cada una de las esculturas hay que caminar bastante, ya que son más de 15 esculturas que allí se exhiben a lo largo del paseo cada una con sus historias y una identificación distinta una más linda que otra algo fascinante. Este lugar está ubicado al norte-oeste a lo largo del río Cali el cual este paseo es encabezado en su inicio como ya les había dicho por el gato del río del escultor Hernando Tejada Es un lugar abierto al público donde se puede pasar tiempo disfrutando de estas hermosas creaciones con la familia.

So these sculptures are also known as "the cat's girlfriends" or "the river cats." These sculptures are made of fiberglass, and each one is identified with a unique personality and design by the artist who worked on it. I can say that they are very appealing to the public. Así que estas esculturas son también conocidas como “las novias del gato” o “Las gatas del río” dichas esculturas están hechas en material de fibra de vidrio cada una de ella es identificada con una personalidad y diseños únicos de cada artista que trabajo en ellas, puedo decir que son muy atractivas al público es un lugar bastante atractivo donde se puede pasar una tarde caminando y disfrutando le la naturaleza.
