And then, while I was editing this post, the old man took two chickens with him ( probably for his wife to cook them up for their visiting family members ). And when he saw me, he told me that we can pick the figs from his fig tree(s), right behind his chicken coop.

Only yesterday, his wife and grand(?) daughter left us some veggies from their orto.

People in the countryside sure are generous/welcoming! ❤️
