When you receive your laid-back pad, it will be delivered in a box measuring 12 inches by 24 inches. Upon opening the box, you should carefully cut it open from the side using scissors to ensure that your pet is not accidentally cut. The laid-back pad inside the box is wrapped in plastic to protect it and keep it clean.

The laid-back pad features a strong polyester bottom and sides, and a soft polar fleece top. It also comes with a connector that is attached to a piece of Velcro on the back end. This is where you can access the three layers of foam inside the pad, which is machine washable and the cover can be removed.

Connecting multiple pads is a breeze with the included connector. You simply attach the connector to the Velcro on the back end of each pad, and then connect the male and female ends together to make a tight fit. With this feature, you can connect more than two pads by attaching a third pad to the side, creating a larger and more comfortable sleeping surface
