Without wasting too much time, skipped to the page with soups and ordered the Seafood Jambong.
The first couple spoons are very spicy. Later I discovered that much of the spice in the soup is concentrated at the top - and it gets better as you eat.
That was perfect - precisely want I wanted during this cold day in Richmond.
