Greetings, dear friends of Amazing Drinks. Today I'm sharing a refreshing drink that's perfect for hot days. The sun has been beating down on my city lately, and we need to stay well hydrated. I went to the supermarket and found some very inexpensive trays of blackberries, as well as some lemons. I like both fruits because they have a citrus flavor that I love. I always make ice-cold lemonade, but after getting the blackberries, I thought of mixing them together. I did some research and found that they are totally compatible, so I made my first blackberry lemonade. Would you dare to try it?.

This juice is extremely delicious, as well as very refreshing. Instead of white sugar, I added brown sugar, and the flavor exceeded my expectations. This combination is very powerful for hydration and is a source of antioxidants. - 150 grams of clean, disinfected blackberries

- 1 lemon

## Preparation

1.-. Wash the blackberries thoroughly, then remove the stems and place them in a blender. To disinfect them, simply soak them for 5 minutes in three parts water with a tablespoon of vinegar. You can also substitute lemon for the vinegar.

2.- Add the water to the blender and blend for about 10 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.

3.- We strain the juice to remove the blackberry seeds.

4.- Grate the brown sugar, the amount will be to your liking.

5.- Pour the strained juice into the blender, then add the brown sugar to taste and the lemon juice. Blend again for about 15 seconds, the idea being to mix the flavors well and crush the brown sugar.

Saludos estimados amigos de Amazing Drinks. Hoy les comparto una bebida refrescante, especial para los días de mucho calor. En estos tiempos en mi ciudad el sol ha estado fuerte y necesitamos hidratarnos bien. Fui al supermercado y encontré unas bandejitas de moras muy económicas, también unos limones. Me gustan ambas frutas porque aportan un sabor cítrico que me encanta. Siempre preparo limonada bien fría, pero luego de tener moras se me ocurrió mezclarlas, investigué y son totalmente compatibles, así que preparé mi primera limonada de moras, te atreverías a probarla?.

Este jugo queda sumamente delicioso, además de ser muy refrescante. En lugar de azúcar blanco, le agregué papelón y el sabor superó mis expectativas. Esta combinación es muy poderosa para hidratarnos y es fuente de antioxidantes. La producción de colágeno es uno de los mayores atributos de esta bebida gracias al contenido de vitaminas A, K y C, así que nuestra piel se verá mucho más bonita.

## Ingredientes

- 150 grs de moras limpias y desinfectadas

- 1 limón

- 400 ml de agua

- Papelón al gusto

## Preparación

1.-. Lavamos bien las moras para luego retirarles el tallo y colocarlas en la licuadora. Para desinfectarlas, solo se dejan remojando por 5 minutos en tres partes de agua con una cucharada de vinagre, también podemos sustituir el vinagre por el limón.

2.- Agregamos el agua a la licuadora y dejamos actuar este electrodoméstico por unos 10 segundos o hasta que la mezcla quede homogénea.

3.- Colamos el jugo para evitar las semillas de las moras.

4.- Rallamos la panela de papelón, la cantidad será a nuestro gusto.

5.- Vertemos el jugo ya colado en la licuadora para enseguida incorporar el papelón al gusto y el jugo del limón. Volvemos a licuar por unos 15 segundos, la idea es que se mezclen bien los sabores y triturar el papelón.
