Un saludo a todos los amantes de las bebidas asombrosas y hoy tenemos para todos ustedes, precisamente una bebida estilo infusión que será de mucho provecho. Es sabido que las frutas, verduras, hierbas, hortalizas, por si solas generan muchos beneficios, son saludables y permiten alargar el tiempo de vida, por el solo hecho de hacernos sentir muy bien. Ahora, cuando se trata de realizar combinaciones entre varios ingredientes, los beneficios que puede recibir nuestro cuerpo, sencillamente son mayores. En nuestro caso y por experiencia propia, me dediqué a preparar una infusión con tres fabulosos ingredientes. Tenemos la Hierbabuena, el ají dulce y el limón; la hierbabuena es muy conocida y proporciona beneficios increíbles, ayuda a aliviar problemas digestivos; si tenemos insomnio este ingrediente ayuda a conciliar el sueño, además es fuente de vitaminas y minerales; por si fuera poco, el limón es sumamente grandioso porque ayuda a aliviar las dificultades renales, es así porque lo consumo mucho; además es antioxidante, alivia dificultades respiratorias, entre otras afecciones. Ahora, el ají dulce es un potente digestivo, ayuda en la prevención de dificultades cardiacas y dicen que es afrodisíaco, ay Dios mío. No se diga y vamos a la acción.

...Que Necesito...

** Ahora, vamos a buscar los siguientes ingredientes, no digan que no se los dije, porque esto va a quedar muy bueno, no vale arrepentirse. Lógicamente, las cantidades son aproximadas y al gusto de cada quien: * Un limón. * Hojas al gusto de hierbabuena. * Un ají dulce grande. * Una tasa grande con agua. Como es normal, esta es una infusión caliente; es decir, la vamos a tomar caliente, sin embargo esto es a gusto de cada quien y la pueden consumir a la temperatura que deseen. Simplemente, en una olla se agrega el agua y se deja hervir; cuando esto suceda solo se colocan el ajo dulce y la hierbabuena, dejando por 30 segundos mas. El limón se agrega al final y aqui sucede algo muy mágico, así que para más degalles, deben disfrutar del video completo y se darán cuenta de lo que ocurre cuando se agrega el limón, esto es grandioso.
