I wanted to start writing a little more concisely, but I can't help humming along to *The Runaways*: Hello World, *I'm your ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-cherry bomb*. Lately, my life has been filled with great music every day, so let's add a soundtrack to this post, and let the music play while I start telling you new things about myself.

Últimamente mi vida está llena de buena música cada día, así que vamos a ponerle soundtrack a esta entrada, para que suene la música mientras te comienzo a contar nuevas cosas sobre mí.

I missed living with songs played around me. I hadn't realized it, but I spent several years in silence before deciding to come here. Music fills me with life and immediately put me in a good mood. It's good to feel that excitement for rhythm again and want to share songs with people who are close to me. It makes me happy. Songs aside, here I am. I was so eager to sit down and write here and tell every detail of everything I'm experiencing, so many exciting and meaningful things that I don't want to overlook. However, I've been so overwhelmed that I've been totally absorbed in the process, with no time to stop and talk about it. The upside is that everything has been good, at least in terms of enriching my journey in this life. I am a very dedicated person and it has been difficult for me to interrupt my commitments to the wonderful projects I have the pleasure of participating in. Being here in San Marcos La Laguna, it has been extremely hard for me to keep up with the pace I had set for myself to document the history of [Hive Hub Guatemala](https://ecency.com/created/hive-132463), That doesn't mean I won't continue doing so, but this story has turned out to be much more captivating than I thought. I am really immersed in it and have decided not to worry so much and to enjoy it to the fullest, being present and committing myself not only to the experience, but also to myself. This journey, which began as a temporary project, has become a life project for me.

Canciones aparte, aquí estoy. Cuántas ganas tenía de sentarme a escribir aquí y contar cada detalle de todo lo que estoy viviendo, tantas cosas emocionantes y trascendentales que no quiero dejar pasar por alto. Sin embargo, tan sobrecogedoras que me he sentido totalmente absorta en el proceso, sin tiempo para detenerme a hablar de ello. El lado positivo es que todo ha sido bueno, al menos para enriquecer mi camino en esta vida.
Soy una persona muy comprometida y me ha pesado interrumpir mis compromisos con los hermosos proyectos en los que tengo el gusto de participar, estando aquí mismo en *San Marcos La Laguna*, me ha costado un mundo mantener el ritmo que me había propuesto para documentar la historia de [Hive Hub Guatemala](https://ecency.com/created/hive-132463), eso no quiere decir que no continúe haciéndolo, pero esta historia ha resultado hermosamente más absorbente de lo que pensaba, estoy realmente inmersa en ella y decidí no preocuparme tanto y disfrutarla al máximo, estando presente y comprometiéndome no sólo con la experiencia, sino conmigo misma. Este viaje que comenzó como un proyecto temporal, se ha convertido en un proyecto de vida para mi.

However, I am still tormented by guilt. These are things I have to learn to work on and communicate, because so many things are going on in my mind at the same time that I process internally, but I can't manage to tell everyone who is involved and who matters a lot to me. I think all the time about @palomap3, @enraizar, @ph1102, and the whole wonderful team at [Hive Spain](https://ecency.com/created/hive-118864) that I have completely neglected. I wish my thoughts were immediate and let them know instantly that they are present for me, but when I say to myself, "Come on, talk to everyone at once," something immediate interrupts me and I return to action with situations that completely divert me from my virtual convictions. And yet, I continue to invite every traveler to go to Alicante on May 1st, because @tibfox is also in my thoughts all the time, as is @livinguktaiwan with all the fun badges from his project and the important work of accompaniment that she does, a principle that I fervently share and in which I miss being more present. I've always been terrible at communicating spontaneously, so I hope this way of talking to you isn't perceived as carelessness, lack of interest, or forced impersonality. The same goes for @worldmappin. I'm here, giving away stickers, sharing how nice it is to have a map with all the travelers' blogs in the ecosystem, and showing off my T-shirts with the logo, but without a minute to sit down seriously and resume my curation work. How patient @lizanomadsoul and @lauramica have been with me, whom I have kept waiting due to my lack of action. I hope this hasn't made you lose faith in me. I promise you, team, it's not disinterest or lack of enthusiasm. It's mind-boggling how time works completely differently while I'm here, and at the end of the day, the last thing I want to do is sacrifice hours of sleep. I'm going to work on it. I think I'm close to finding the definitive formula for organizing my time.

> Sin embargo, me sigue torturando la culpa, son esas cosas que tengo que aprender a trabajar y comunicar, porque en mi mente pasan tantas cosas al mismo tiempo que proceso dentro de mi, pero no doy a basto para decirle a todas las personas que están involucradas y que me importan mucho.
Pienso todo el tiempo en @palomap3, @enraizar, @ph1102 y todo el bonito equipo de [Hive España](https://ecency.com/created/hive-118864) que tengo sumamente abandonado. Ojalá mis pensamientos fueran inmediatos y les dejaran saber al instante que están presentes para mí, pero cuando me digo *venga, habla con todo el mundo de una vez*, algo inmediato me interrumpe y vuelvo a la acción con situaciones que me desvían totalmente de mis convicciones virtuales. Y sin embargo, sigo invitando a cada viajero a que valla a Alicante el primero de Mayo, porque @tibfox también está en mis pensamientos todo el tiempo, al igual que @livinguktaiwan con todos los badges divertidos de su proyecto y la importante labor de acompañamiento que ejerce, principio que comparto fervientemente y en el que extraño estar más presente.
Siempre he sido muy mala para comunicarme de forma espontánea, por lo que espero que esta manera de hablarnos no sea percibida por despreocupación, falta de interés o forzosamente impersonal.
Lo mismo con @worldmappin, por aquí ando, regalando stickers, compartiendo lo bonito que es tener un mapa con los blogs de todos los viajeros del ecosistema y luciendo mis camisetas con el logo, pero sin un minuto en el que sentarme seriamente a retomar mis labores de curación. Cuánta paciencia me han tenido @lizanomadsoul y @lauramica, a quienes tengo en ascuas por mi falta de acción.
Espero que esto no les haya hecho perder la Fe en mí, les prometo, equipo, que no es desinterés ni falta de ganas, resulta alucinante como el tiempo funciona totalmente diferente mientras estoy aquí y al final del día lo que menos quiero es sacrificar horas de sueño. Voy a trabajar en ello, creo que estoy cerca de dar con la fórmula para organizar mi tiempo definitivamente.

Oh, but I am sleeping. Boy, am I sleeping. This perennial insomniac has found the solution to rest right here in paradise. It may sound obvious, but having struggled with sleep problems my whole life, I had little hope that this could change, even here. Something about this place allows me to rest even when I've been full of worries. It was the first special gift I received as soon as I arrived here: rest. Resting peacefully, as I hadn't done in over 25 years. I am so happy. Happiness, that's another gift. Simple, pure happiness, full of peace and tranquility. This has been interesting, it came in different forms, a lot of little things that gradually filled me with joy, almost without my noticing, until I found myself right in front of it, smiling at me and showing me that it was healing a lot of things inside me, just by being myself and doing what I really wanted, for myself and for a real community, not for a job without social responsibility. I feel that there is a purpose in what I do, and that fills me with life. And hope. Hope, who would have thought, certainly not me a year ago. Hope that from here, from ourselves, we can do something truly meaningful and important for humanity, that the effort we put in every day to share our ideals, our tools, and our knowledge with anyone, regardless of their condition or reach, can transform lives and empower thousands of individuals to create, express themselves, and freely share who they truly are. Oh, and love also came to greet me, to share its enchanting presence and make it much easier for me to walk this path that seems so uneven, but proves to be fascinating. It's a very enjoyable trek, and I love hiking.

> Oh, pero estoy durmiendo. Vaya que estoy durmiendo.
Esta insomne perenne ha encontrado la solución al descanso nada más y nada menos que aquí en el paraíso. Puede que suene bastante obvio, pero llevando toda la vida con problemas de sueño, tenía pocas esperanzas de que eso pudiera cambiar, incluso aquí. Algo en este lugar hace que pueda descansar incluso en momentos en los que he estado llena de preocupaciones, fue el primer regalo especial que recibí nada más al llegar aquí: descansar. Descansar plácidamente, como no lo hacía desde hace más de 25 años. Soy tan feliz.
Felicidad, ese es otro regalo. Felicidad simple, pura, llena de paz y tranquilidad. Esta ha sido interesante, vino en distintas formas, un montón de pequeñas cosas que me fueron llenando de alegría poco a poco, casi sin darme cuenta, hasta que me encontré justo en frente de ella, sonriéndome y demostrándome que estaba curando un montón de cosas dentro mí, tan solo siendo yo misma y haciendo lo que realmente quería, para mí y por una comunidad real, no por un trabajo sin responsabilidad social. Siento que hay un propósito en lo que hago y eso me llena de vida.
Y esperanza. Esperanza, quién lo diría, seguramente no mi yo de hace un año atrás. Esperanza de que desde aquí, desde nosotros mismos, podemos hacer algo realmente significativo e importante para la humanidad, de que el esfuerzo que ponemos cada dia en compartir nuestros ideales, nuestras herramientas y conocimiento con cualquier persona, sin importar su condición ni su alcance, puede transformar vidas e impulsar a miles de individuos a crear, mostrarse y compartir libremente quiénes son.
Ah bueno y el amor también vino a saludarme, vino a compartir su encantadora presencia y a hacerme transitar de forma mucho más fácil este camino que parece tan irregular, pero resulta fascinante. Es un trekking muy divertido y a mí me encanta el senderismo.

So here I am, perhaps not the best example of a virtual Hivian, but trying to build the best possible version of a present Hivian, bringing our tools to the real world and being here for those who need a helping hand. It feels good to get away from the computer and show the world who we are in person. Thank you, @buttcoins and @starkerz, for giving me this opportunity to grow and for making this one of the most enriching experiences of my life. It's incredible that three months have already passed. I feel like I've been here my whole life and that I belong here. We still have a long way to go, of course, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to honor how important these months have been for me. There is still much more to come, and that is super exciting!!!

> Así que aquí sigo, quizá no siendo el mejor ejemplo de un Hivian virtual, pero intentando construir la mejor versión posible de un Hivian presente, llevando nuestras herramientas al mundo real y estando aquí para quienes necesiten una mano amiga.
Se siente bien salir del ordenador y mostrar en directo quienes somos al mundo, gracias @buttcoins y @starkerz por brindarme esta oportunidad de crecimiento y por hacer de esta experiencia una de las más enriquecedoras de mi vida.
Es increíble que hayan pasado ya tres meses, siento que llevo toda mi vida aquí y que pertenezco a este lugar. Aún nos queda mucho, por supuesto, pero no quería dejar pasar la oportunidad de honrar lo importante que han sido estos meses para mí.
Aún queda mucho más por venir y eso es súper emocionante.
