I hope you have a happy weekend, full of good vibes and success. Today I bring you an excellent drink with fabulous benefits for our body, we just have to dare to try it because it is super delicious and powerful. It contains an excellent fruit called peach, which contains a great potential in vitamins, minerals, magnesium, potassium, iron, fiber, calcium, phosphorus and others; besides helping to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels. I always remember my dad consuming it this way when his cholesterol and triglyceride levels were high, or he would simply use the shell, put it in water and spend the day drinking fresh water, it is really impressive the effect it has in helping in these situations. Besides being a delicious fruit, with good taste, that I personally love to eat every time I can. Among the other ingredients we have oatmeal, which is a powerful cereal excellent for its high fiber content and also makes the effect of peach to help lower cholesterol levels, triglycerides and blood sugar levels (I know this because my doctor told me to ingest it) for this reason we can not overdo it in the way of taking it. It is rich in fiber, provides magnesium, various vitamins, minerals, helps the intestinal transit with respect to constipation and is also used as an excellent exfoliant for the skin, as it makes it look very soft and has rejuvenating effects. For this reason it is recommended to consume it in the morning, to give us the energy we need for the day. Why blend the peach with the skin? Esperando que tengan un feliz fin de Semana, cargado de buenas vibras y éxitos. Hoy les traigo una excelente bebida con fabulosos beneficios para nuestro organismo, solo debemos atrevernos a probarla ya que es súper deliciosa y poderosa. Ésta contiene una excelente fruta llamada melocotón, la cual contiene un gran potencial en vitaminas, minerales, magnesio, potasio, hierro, fibra, calcio, fósforo entre otros; además de ayudar a bajar los niveles de colesterol y triglicéridos. Siempre recuerdo a mi papá consumirlo de esta manera cuando se le subían los valores, o simplemente utilizaba la concha, las introducía en agua y pasaba el día tomando de esa agua fresca, realmente es impresionante el efecto que hace de ayudar en estas situaciones. Además de ser una deliciosa fruta, con buen sabor, que a mí personalmente me encanta ingerir cada vez que puedo. Entre los otros ingredientes tenemos la avena, que es un poderoso cereal excelente por su gran contenido en fibra y también hace el efecto del melocotón de ayudar a bajar los niveles de colesterol, triglicéridos y los niveles de azúcar en la sangre (esto lo sé porque mi médico me lo mando a ingerir) por esta razón no podemos excedernos en la manera de tomarlo. Ésta es rica en fibra, aporta magnesio, variadas vitaminas, minerales, nos ayuda al transito intestinal con respecto al estreñimiento y también es utilizada como un excelente exfoliante para la piel, ya que la hace lucir muy suave y posee efectos rejuvenecedores. Por esta razón es recomendable consumirla en las mañanas, para que nos dé la energía que necesitamos en el día. El por qué licuar el melocotón con la piel? Porque aquí está especialmente la función para poder bajar los niveles elevados.
