🍽 Paso 1: Luego de haber lavado todas las proteínas (pechuga de pollo, carne de res y de cerdo) la picamos en cuadros pequeños, posteriormente sazonamos todo usando, sal al gusto, suficiente ajo y salsa de soya, removimos hasta integrar por completo dejando reposar para que los sabores se concentraran.

🍽 Paso 2: Por otro lado fuimos picando los demás ingredientes, las salchichas en rodajas finas, cebolla larga o cebollín de manera pequeña pero solo la parte verde, plátano maduro en trozos pequeños y el pimentón en tiras muy finas.

🍽 Paso 3: Mientras tanto por otra parte mi mama fue la encargada de hacer el arroz, la cantidad fueron 2kilos y a ella le queda perfecto, lo hizo tradicionalmente sofrito ajo, agregó el arroz, seguido del agua hasta que llegara a su punto de cocción.

🍽 Paso 4: Luego que el arroz estuvo listo procedimos a cocinar las proteínas que se habían dejado reposando para concentrar los sabores, agregamos al recipiente suficiente aceite cuando estuvo caliente llevamos a fritar los plátanos maduros y luego reservamos, con ese mismo aceite agregamos todas las proteínas, seguido de las salchichas y el maíz
