I have a small garden, rather, through my kitchen window there are some pots where I have planted and harvested my plants, in which I have a plantain plant, which I am going to tell you about, I have lemon balm, chives, coriander, small oregano and I had mint spearmint which I dried and also sarrapia spearmint which I cut, because it had many branches and grows quickly, very good for digestive problems.

I planted the plantain plant by seed, once I went to visit my mother's town and brought back seed, which I planted in a pot and soon several little plants grew, I gave one to a neighbor and I kept it. 2 pots.

This plant is medicinal, many women use it for vaginal washing and for cystitis, it is also used for wound healing, it is antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antibiotics, expectorant, soothing, purifying, in short it has many properties that is why people tend to have it planted in their homes because it has many benefits for health.

should be noted, as everything has its pros and cons, this plant cannot be taken when women are pregnant, breastfeeding, or in people with cardiovascular problems and diabetes problems.

In my case I use it very little, since I am hypertensive and it is better to take care of myself, of course I take it in tea but with a lot of control, for any eventuality, I use it mostly for vaginal washing.

gave my downstairs neighbor seeds to plant, so there are more plants planted in case any neighbor needs them, since we live in a residential complex, where there are several buildings. Thank God we all get along well and share our plants and fruits, which are harvested.

soil in the gardens is too dry or I think that this space previously had a hill or mountain, because the soil is very strong, for the gardens we have to buy compost soil that they sell in nurseries and that is how we plant and harvest our plants, now that that land prepared.

Once the soil has been purchased, we proceed to prepare the pots, and water morning and afternoon because it is really too hot in this area, the plants are very beautiful but you have to take good care of them and be careful that they do not get fungi or pests. , because otherwise we lose it.

In winter it is very good to plant, because they remain fertilized, the neighbors and I take care of keeping an eye on the plants that are planted in the back of the buildings, later I will show you, banana plants, coconut, yucca , guava, pumpkin, we have had a very good harvest, but we do have to water and buy the land.
