And when I write each goal, I think ahead about what I need to do to achieve it. Usually, this involves adopting new regular actions or habits that need to be incorporated into my life. You develop time management skills, meaning you get better at managing your time. Additionally, you **improve your writing skills**. And if you write in a foreign language, you’re also **practising that language**. On top of that, it’s an **opportunity to share valuable information with others**. And that information could help someone, which means you’re **contributing to the community**. When you write an article, you **think, reflect, sometimes do analysis, and gather data**.
