To tell you when was the last time or the most recent time I took care of my mental health, you will be surprised because it was very recently. In fact, every two or three days, I take care of it due to all these things I have mentioned.

Besides, the stress of living a hectic life, having many responsibilities, and a large amount of financial debt creates levels of anxiety and stress, leading me to take care of my mental health.
