Monomad Challenge | Two Dogs and a Dragonfly

Taking photos daily tends to get messy. There are a lot of photos in my gallery and some of them do not even make it to the blog. Not every photo is post worthy. However, I do like to take some time and scroll through them to have a look at those that are piled over the phone's memory.
There are some extra shots of Rocky and the old dog around here. These are always some nice takes to share, but not a full session. That means they could not make a post on their own. And I could not even use them as pet photos. They are not exactly my pets. They are from other houses and I just tend to stumble upon them during my walks.
The dragonfly came as a surprise. I do not remember taking these photos. However, of must have been during the time the yellow locust appeared in the garden. Seen dragonfly corpses is not so strange. I have seen about 3 this year. Two at home and the other in another house.
The different kinds of subjects give you a glimpse of the many possibilities a photo can give you. It is all in lighting and composition. Lighting is the easiest element around the tropic. There is always a lot of light during the day. The thing is not overexposing photos. Then the other thing is finding the right angle to take the photo. The animals are harder to read. They might move out of the way. All this makes it even more interesting.
I am considering taking some classes on photography and also buying one of those macro lenses for the phone. Let's see how I can get my hands around some things for my content creator job.
