When it comes to the world of business, everyone is looking for ways to gain something, everyone is looking out for themselves, even the customer wants to gain not just a good deal, but a value more than what they are paying for. So at the end of the day, it looks like everyone is selfishly looking out for themselves and if some are not careful, they will be robbed off the little they have acquired. This is the bitter truth about business, that is why when a business decides to make gains, they do so by making sure everyone is rewarded handsomely for doing business with them. This is the major reason there is inflation in the price of a commodity. A company will not be able to give cashbacks to customers if they are running at a loss, and this is why for one to even get the cashback, they would need a certain degree of loyalty from the client and this keeps everyone happy.A good business is one that sees to the welfare of its customers but most importantly, of the employees.

This is why companies who do not value employee welfare tend to have issues with theft and employee loyalty because the truth is these people need to be happy working else they would not give their best. But in cases where the company gives bonuses for hard work, it will be easy to get loyal employees. But the company can not afford to also go bankrupt because the profits are going into employees bonuses, and the best solution is usually to give employees the company price, and allow them to sell at any price to the customers. Although some employees will end up getting greedy and cheat customers in the process, this is the reason why I feel the company should also regulate the prices the employees sell. A business that is always in between managing customers, employees and government needs to be smart on the approach that works for them. And these are the things that affect the inflation in the prices of a commodity.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how high the prices are, what matters is that everyone is happy. If I buy a product and I feel treated well as a customer with a chance to earn discounts and coupons, tell me I wouldn’t come back to buy… As long as I can afford it I will always come back. And if I work in a company where I get lots of bonuses, It will be easy for me to sell that company out because as long as the company earns, I earn more. This is the balance in business and even though it affects the price, I feel it doesn’t matter. Why I say this is because I remember one time when my dad bought a property in Dubai, it was one of the few times I got to see him negotiating things like that. Although the property was expensive for the actual worth, securing it meant he got returns from renting it monthly and would be able to get his full money back within two years. In fact it was a hotel selling these services and even though they are expensive, no one really bothers because everyone is a winner.
