When it comes to working hard, I would not count myself a workaholic or boast that I work hard, in fact sometimes I feel I am lazy and it’s probably the reason I am not rich. But then, if there is one thing I try to do is not remaining in my comfort zone. I do not like too much comfort, and I try as much as possible to not allow too much comfort because I feel it is deceitful. Once I am becoming too comfortable with a certain position, I feel something is wrong and it makes me find faults even when it seems there is nothing there.

I believe if I allow too much comfort, I will be unprepared for future disasters. I have a friend who loves comfort so much tat when she feels comfortable, it’s hard to get her out of it. I have watched her lose a really big opportunity once because she chose the sleep she was enjoying over doing a job that would have given her unlimited opportunity. I believe life should not be too comfortable, there it makes life interesting and makes people lazy and when that happens, it becomes difficult to face challenges that come unexpectedly.I believe when we leave our comfort zone, it is like trying to learn maths or furthermath. It teaches our brain to face challenges head on, it makes us tough and keeps us on our toes.

But most importantly, it makes us appreciate the good times of rest. These are the things that make life interesting. Else we will all be a butch to fat, spoilt, dumb and lazy people who can not defend ourselves when problems arise in future. I have had a long rest twice this weekend, and I am already preparing myself for a whole lot of work during the week and I already see myself living my comfort zone, already knowing that if I don’t, my work will be at risk. It will be challenging, but at the end of the day, I will have a lot of experience to face something bigger.
